4 Days Kibale Forest Chimp Trekking – Uganda safaris

Located in Western Uganda, Kibale National Park is 322Km from Kampala. It can be reached by road either through Fort portal or Kasese. It is the magic of Africa’s most beautiful rain forests. It is a home of remarkable 13 primate species, best of all the Chimpanzees man’s closest relative. Chimps are tremendous fun to watch as they squabble and play in fruiting trees. Other terrestrial mammals found with in Kibale include Buffalo, Giant forest hog and many Antelope species.
Its altitude holds up different varieties of habitat ranging from moist evergreen forest along the fort portal plateau, then through the dry tropical forest and finally to the woodland and Savanna along the rift valley.

Day 1 Entebbe-Kampala
Meet and greet at Entebbe International airport by our professional staff who will warmly welcome you to Uganda and transfer to your hotel.

Day 2. Kampala-Kibale National Park.
After an early morning cup of coffee, set off to Fort portal arriving in time for lunch. A visit to the crater lakes area may be arranged. Return for dinner and over night at Ndali lodge.

Day 3. Chimpanzee tracking.
To day we are in the forest for Chimpanzee tracking, you will have a chance to view the largest concentration of Chimpanzees and other primates found in kibale. Return to the lodge for dinner and over night.

Day 4. Transfer to Kampala-Entebbe  
Drive back to Kampala and later transfer to the Airport for your flight back home.
